The Elders have been saying long ago what science is just now realizing:
We have very few years left to change our ways, if we humans are to have a future on this Earth.

Some scientists are predicting that humanity will experience an “extinction event” by 2026 (Arctic News) when global temperatures are projected to pass 3 degrees Centigrade in certain regions of the planetary ecosystem. Thousands of scientists have come out agreeing that the climate tipping event is imminent. The latest report by the UN Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change states we have entered “unprecedented territory,” which the UN Secretary General says means “Code Red for Humanity.”

We still can regenerate conditions for thriving life if we act now, collaboratively, from the heart. As the late Thich Nhat Hanh said long ago: Only love can save us from climate change.

On Sep 1st, at 7:00 am Alaska time, Humanity Rising’s FREE online event is setting the intention to spark such collaborations.
Jim Garrison, President of Ubiquity University and Humanity Rising will host a webinar to respond to this “Code Red for Humanity”.
Our Elders Apela Colorado and Ilarion ‘Kuuyux’ Merculieff will give the opening blessing,
followed by a discussion with Vandana Shiva, Raghda El Halawany and Ed Muller
and the Elders will close.
